TASK 1: CHALLENGE PERSONS ENTERING YOUR AREA
1. Says "Halt" before person is close enough to pose a threat.
2. Says "Who is there?" while keeping stranger covered.
3. Says Advance to be recognized".
4. Maintains concealed position.
5. Says "Halt" when stranger is 2 to 3 meters away.
6. Issues the challenge.
a. Allows to pass if password is correct.
b. Disarms (if applicable) and detains if password is not correct.
c. If doubtful asks for further identification or asks a question only a friendly person could answer.
