Looking under the chest reserve, the folded ATB in airdrop bag is held inside by nylon straps with quick release folds , loops secured by paper tape for quick opening/recovery on the drop zone. Due to the chest reserve, the ATB, rucksack inside are at the lower legs making a ramp jump by an experienced Paratrooper a must. The 1st TSG (A) Team Leader's boots are visible at the bottom of the picture taken from the video taken during the jump. A T-21 with the reserve at the back integral to the main would lift rucksacks/airdrop bags higher for better jumper control.
